Sanchi Malhotra
Sanchi is a seasoned lawyer with over a decade of experience in general corporate and commercial laws, focusing largely on the subject of information technology, data privacy, intellectual property, and employment and labour laws.
Sanchi’s early career journey, spanning roles in a law firm, autonomous government body, Big 4 consulting, and well-known IT companies, has equipped her with invaluable skills to effectively advise and collaborate with her clients today. Notably, Sanchi was a part of India’s landmark digital identity program – Aadhaar’s legal team which represented the government before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the prominent and historic data privacy case. Her contributions extended to policy making, overseeing regulatory compliances, and drafting amendments to key legislations, such as the Aadhaar Act and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act & Regulations, to ensure implementation of the Supreme Court’s directions.
